United Way works with local companies, government agencies, nonprofits and other organizations to address the complex challenges that our community faces. Our role as community convener enables us to form strategic partnerships, mobilize the best resources and be the catalyst for needed, positive change.

Together, we are improving lives and strengthening our community. More than 400 local businesses bring people together through United Way workplace campaigns. Whether you’re a small business, a large corporation, foundation, or nonprofit, you can be a part of the change in Southern Arizona.
